Includes accommodation for 3 nights (4,5 & 6 April 2013) at the Boston Park Plaza (without breakfast), admission to all lectures and discussions,

refreshments, the reception on 4 April 2013 and dinner on 6 April 2013. Three extra days' stay at either end of the conference at a special rate has

been agreed with the hotel, so make sure you state your exact dates of arrival and departure dates. These extra days are to be paid directly to the Hotel.
